Compression methods: - Store = No compression, only used to pack files together as one file - Fastest = very fast but not as much space is saved (the file will likely use more storage and take longer to upload / download) - Best = slowest but most space saved (takes more time to zip and unzip, but will upload / download faster) My advice: For very small files, use fastest or store, it doesn't matter as the files are small already For very huge files use Best if your computer is powerful enough, if not use "Normal" otherwise it might take ages to zip "Best" is also easier if your computer is very powerful So it's always a balance between computer power and available storage + internet speed. If unsure, just use Normal, it has the best balance of all and probably works well for anyone. Pin this if it's useful :) P.S. it's storage compression, not audio dynamics, it won't affect your tracks whatsoever😆

Stems aren't every track, thats a trackout. Stems are your trackouts grouped.

Great tutorial; in my case I am a drumer and have mixed some drumless mp3 files with my 13 channels of drums mic using 16 channel interface and Studio One Pro vs 3. It no longer supported so I am thinking to migrate to this DAW but wondering if it is worth it to me for what I do; basically I read this software is good for music production but not so much for mixing and mastering? In Studio One I can mix, add effects to channels and main then export the file as mp3 once mixed by myself; this mp3 file is what I load into Final Cut Pro to attach to videos of me playing the cover song; I am wondering if Fl Studio would let me do the same or if it is too much or an overkill for what I am mostly doing? I do not produce tracks or any music in a sense that using all the plugins will benefit me but was thinking in buying the software with everything; the lifetime updates is nice vs Studio One that makes you pays for every new version.
