I did it manually using photoshop and set it as a backgroud. It is very difficult to achieve it using custom CSS. If you want I can show you how to achieve it using photoshop. 😊

svg's automatically gets exported in transparent background as far as I know. Please correct me if I am wrong. I will definitely have a look.

@edunickofficial unfortunately not! Well, it’s easy to accidentally end up with a transparent background when saving or exporting SVG files! The following might have a white background, or it might have a transparent background. You can't tell just by looking at the Illustrator screen; you have to choose View→Show Transparency Grid. So it's crucial to get a correct answer for creating safe solution for the SVG file with 100% transparent (or no background) file.

ok this is quiet nice but Iam an begginer what if I don't need a logo but need a complex shape and I want it as background and can be able to change the image when ever I refresh so how do I achieve this can you please help

You can achieve the same results with any complex shape you have. But remember whenever you are using it in the HTML file make sure you choose the correct file with the correct path. Then only the shape will reflect on the webpage. Hope this helps. Please do let me know if you face any more issues 😇

Your instructions are well laid out! However, it's not working for what I need. I am trying to save myself from having to "trace" everything in Fusion 360. When I Import an SVG created from your method, it says "The selected SVG file contains no information or some unsupported information." I understand that you may be unfamiliar with Fusion and unable to provide a solution; however, I had to ask if you know how to "fix" this...?

To be very honest I have never used Fusion 360. But I can suggest you to kindly export it in .eps format. For that you just have to press Ctrol + Shift + s on your keyboard and select "Save as type" as EPS file then export it......Hope that will work. 🤗
