I do not see the link to apply for HAP on my loan summary screen? I followed the instructions on the SBA EIDL page and don't see it. There is a link to "Request Loan Modification" but you can't link on it? I appreciate your help.

They literally just changed the site in April. They plan to continue to update the site. I advise reaching out to the SBA directly for assistance

SBA loans are always available. I advise you visit SBA.gov and speak with one of their loan officers about the eligibility requirements for their loans
