Thank you doc. , i have a problem in communication with patient when he thinks that its a normal extraction while its not , can you make videos about pre operative communication in oral surgery and possible complications that could happen with each tooth in the arch , you once talked about communication with p.d.disease patient , and this helped me alot in explaning it to my patients like a formula that we can apply , And thank you in advance

@@zivsim1 Ziv, could you please do video how to be as active and so nice like you are , having big family and busy practice?I know,that it is possibly will be not so professional question, however it is seems like I am burning...I had start up,I would like to develop myself, but no time for anything....I have priority -my family,than work... However I could not be like you are.Possibly you could share for us info /suggest some books -lectures. I am very appreciated you generosity and the classes which I have got for perio surgery is really cool! I am more brave in surgery,thank you !!!You are superstar:)

@@vasilinatonkikh9763 thank you...I'm not sure I'm in a position to teach this. I make sacrifices. Sounds like you have burn out. I do to sometimes and there are ways to overcome this. Keep forward movement. Every day is a new day. Every day there is a new opportunity and a chance to make things great. Hope this helps. Maybe define exactly what you'd like to achieve. To be like Ziv is too generic and not specific. Being Ziv is not easy and it's not for everybody. Think what you'd like to do that you don't right now...let me know!

Currently am doing internship.. Recently I had a similar case.. I tried really hard to take the roots out. I think lack of knowledge of proper instrumentation or lack of knowledge of how to apply the force for extracting a root out is my problem.

@@zivsim1 thanks, I went to Semmelweis University in Budapest. To be perfectly honest with you, I don't trust someone on youtube who click baits me into a video and thinks my university lacks the curriculum to recognize hypercementosis and is exceptionally rude and condescending in their reply.

When you mentioned about "root proximity", do you also mean the proximity of the roots to adjacent anatomical structures, ie. IAN, lingual concave, etc.?
