ഞാൻ എന്റെ ഒരു job ഇന്റർവ്യൂ കഴിഞ്ഞതിനു ശേഷം ആണ് സിറിന്റെ ഈ വീഡിയോ കണ്ടത്. ഞാൻ sir പറഞ്ഞത് പോലെ അല്ല ഞാൻ അവരോടു ഇന്റർവ്യൂ അറ്റൻഡ് ചെയ്തത് അതു കൊണ്ട് തന്നെ ഇന്റർവ്യൂ-യിൽ എനിക്ക് സെലെക്ഷൻ കിട്ടിയില്ല. എന്നോട് ഇന്റർവ്യൂ ന്ന് വന്ന sir പറഞ്ഞു നിന്റെ Attitude എനിക്ക് ഇഷ്ട്ടപെട്ടില്ല എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു ആദ്യം എനിക്ക് വളരെ വിഷമം തോന്നി പിന്നെ ഞാൻ കുറെ നേരം ആലോചിച്ചു എന്റെ കുറവുകൾ കണ്ടെത്തി മനസിലാക്കി.ഇനി വരുന്ന ഇന്റർവ്യൂ ന്നു ഞാൻ എന്തായാലും അടിപൊളി ആയി perform ചെയ്യും job നേടുകയും ചെയ്യും.. ആ സർ നോട് നന്ദി മാത്രം... കാരണം sir അങ്ങനെ എന്റെ മുഖത്തു നോക്കി പറഞ്ഞതു കൊണ്ട് എനിക്ക് അടുത്ത ഇന്റർവ്യൂ യിൽ job നേടണം എന്ന വാശി വന്നു മതി... എനിക്ക് job കിട്ടാൻ എല്ലാവരും പ്രാർത്ഥിക്കണേ....

To be frank the software industries are not interviewing the candidates too much they are just checking how technically sound we are because lots of opportunities are there in IT after covid. I'm saying these through my experiences I switched a company in 2022 and the interview was just like a casual talk. Regarding our personality and all it will be reviewed during probation period even the freshers are also not being interviewed too much now
