About us:
We are a homesteading couple in Ontario, Canada, building our homestead on 75 acres we bought in 2021 and have been working hard to get all our homestead up and running.

Hey. Cool technique. Question though: What lab do you use that can apply the face mount peel-off adhesive to just to the print without making you pay for mounting it? Thanks

Thanks. I haven't used a lab that does this in a long time. When I did this no one knew what I wanted done. Finally a buddy got his old lab to do it but it was a complete hassle. The place I used to work in Victoria, probally would do it for you. Where are you located?

Where can I purchase the double sided adhesive? And does it come in a roll or sheets?

It was only available in print shops. Not sure if they would sell a peice but you can always ask. It normally comes in a roll and use a roll press to apply to the print.

I got it printed at GTA imaging in Toronto then had to find someone else to put the clear adhesive on. That was a pain. When I worked in a photo lab I did it all myself in lab. Sucks not working in a lab anymore....No one knew what I was talking about.

What tipe of the paper are you using?

Metallic paper I think it was. IF not it was probably just a matte paper. Metallic paper will give you a better look, and especially if you do it on Acrylic.
