Great video - thanks Geoff. The Tone and Pace point is one I'm really interested in because, as you alluded to in the video, it's something that we usually do quite naturally and we instinctively match tone and pace of voice with those we're engaging with. This is how rapport is developed and in conflict management, we're essentially working on enhancing rapport between the facilitator and the team, as well as between the team members who are in conflict. So, a video on tone and pace in conflict management would be great.
