He can't, it's not going to work like that, some of those guys with such type of videos might ask you for money if in the country and ship your phone, or just say they will send you a new ROM to install from PC that works.

Use less video. It is just for erasing data. If you forget pin password etc then just rush to service center or mobile shop.
