How to Hard Reset Motorola MOTO PHones - Keep it Working!

You don't need a sim in order to use it as a wifi device. Double check your wifi connection to your wifi router. Suggestions: 1) make sure you are using your correct wifi password. 2) you might need to power off your wifi router/modem and power it back on. Or check with your internet provider. Then try connecting your phone to your wifi again.

I did this one time before after watching your video and It worked perfectly. My phone died and got stuck in the loop again. I tried to do it for a second time and this time it doesn't work☹. After the no-command screen it reboots into the loop when I press the volume up and power button.

A hard reset will delete everything. If you can get into your phone and go to your settings you can do a soft reset which will not delete everything.
