Roborock S7 Max Ultra Vacuum Cleaner sent this message (Internal error reset robot) I did a factory reset and the system came back new and I went in and connected to the Wi-Fi then I pressed the quick mapping icon but it says failed and the task cannot be completed The charging word sound comes out every time I try to remap the house
