After following this procedure, my roam still does not work, this is second roam speaker, the first one was returned since it didn't do what it should have done, so, any more tricks before I go and get my refund for my second roam?

Hm, does it not connect at all after resetting it? I have had issues with the speaker flashing orange at times and not responding to anything. This apparently means that it needs to be charged to a certain percentage again before it comes back alive. However that might not be of any help here. // Chris

@@GetThereFaster I just found out that this device only works with Apple, not with Android, this Roam will pair, but not connect, therefore, I will return it and get me another small Bluetooth speaker that is just as easy to pair and connect without all the Hassell of having to go through so much pressing buttons for this and pressing buttons for that, I've wasted over 4-6 hours to no avail.

@@andrewquintero7590 That sounds odd. Sonos does favor Apple a bit, however as far as I know Roam should work with Android-devices as well. Although, if it is specifically a Bluetooth-speaker you´re after there´s definitely better options out there. Like JBL for example :-) Hope you find a good speaker! // Chris
