Worked for me... thanks man... Also before connecting your headphone... after you agreed everything except data monitoring part jusk skip that and.. when you come to pairing stage... turn off the internet or wifi from phone and start pairing... once it's paired - go to system tab and turn automatically download updates off and change the automatic turnoff timer from 15mins ( the real reason for disconnecting and reconnecting ) change to never or off... that's it... happy for rest of your life.. adios

I have just bought a pair of these. They paired and connected fine with my ipod and android phone. Paired but did not connect to Windows 10 laptop or my Samsung TV, both of which worked fine with my previous Sony WH900N headphones. Tried resetting eraphones as shown, No luck.

I wasn't able to connect to my computer. It connected and disconnected instantly. At last, by resetting the headphone and disabling a few unused bluetooth devices, I was able to connect to the the pc. 1) Reset the Headphone 2) Disable unused bluetooth devices from Device Manager in windows 3) Install the headphone.

Sounds like it might be a bad pair of headphones and suggest you return them for another pair.
