Thanks. Works better and easier if you forget the device prior to resetting the headset. Also, there are 'Soft' and ' Hard ' reset modes. In your tutorial, it's 'Hard' reset. Which I usually do. The difference between the two is whether the device is plugged in to the power supply or not. Procedure, is the same for both. Honestly, I don't even know or understand the reason to choose Hard or soft reset but the option is there. If anyone knows when to do a soft reset and why, I would like to know. Thanks for the video.
