I have a question’ mine where working perfectly fine I just bought them off a friend. I connected them fine to my ps4 they where working fine I can hear the audio of the game and everything. Well I decided to try & update them’ than the turtle beach windows showed me a device error’ so I disconnected them and tried to play again with them and I can’t hear any audio instead I hear static
