What I've noticed is society's beauty standards keep switching but we haven't learnt to accept that there are many kinds of beauty just yet. A few years ago it was in to be super skinny, and anyone with, let's say, bigger hips would be frowned upon. Now we've learned to appreciate big butts and curves, BUT, thin girls are frowned upon. It's the same thing with lips, really. We keep trying to fit in one standard or the other, when it's not really necessary. Big lips are okay. Thin lips are okay. I'm not hating on this video at all, for I do actually use these tricks sometimes. But the way these things are perceived, like it's completely NECESSARY to have Kylie Jenner lips- why are we doing this

beware of lip injections! over time they can (but not always) fall flat and look like fish lips. also, small lips make your eyes look bigger don't worry too much about it :)

Hi Kandee!! I'm just catching up with your vids & am enjoying them so much. Don't get out much due to severe migraines but love having these tricks in my hip pocket if/when needed! LOL!! Could you do a "drugstore face" makeup tutorial, meaning just using makeups from CVS, Walgreens, etc...? Use like Covergirl, Loreal, maybelline, & so forth? No Sephoras, Ultas or even department stores w/in 200 miles so Walgreens is all we have. It's too frustrating ordering offline then not getting the color you thought you ordered. I could really recommend doing lip injections instead. I was painting and fixing with my lips for more than 10 years and I finally got tired doing that all the time. After eating, time to put on lipstick. When waking up, time to put on lipstick. It also costs a lot of money buying special plumpers and products to pump up the lips. So I went and injected Juvéderm to my lips. No pain, since they use local anaesthesia (a special cream they put on the lips). Just a little sting when the needle goes in, but it's worse with picking eyebrows, according to me. And I do not have to handle all these creams, plumpers, lipstick anymore. I now have my voluptuous lips all the time. Totally worth it and I save a lot of money in the end. And looots of time. Just a tip!

I feel like smaller lips look best on me. I actually use a nude eyeliner to block off and conceal my lip edges :-) I let a little of my foundation cross my lips and pop a little rose mint balm from sephora for a bit of hydration. Finish with a dab of color in the center.

Oh my goodness!! I wish. Something I discovered...coconut oil! Amazing. I use it to take off my make up, even waterproof mascara, comes off in a flash. Then I use it as a moisturizer before I go to bed. My skin has gotten so smooth and nice!! Just a helpful hint for you!

Beth I didn't realize coconut oil removes makeup! I've been using coconut oil every morning because I do oil pulling with it. Basically swish it around in your mouth like mouthwash for 20 minutes. My skin has never looked better! I will try it as a make up remover tomorrow night, thank you for the tip!

You're welcome !! I couldn't believe how it took waterproof mascara off. I also just heard that if you mix it with sugar, use it as a body scrub, and mix it with honey, leave on your face for 30 min, rinse off with warm water....its a face mask :-)
