Thank you for the suggestion, I'll make a video that should be able to help people complete their Dex's. This may also motivate me to finish my Dex too lol, I've been 50 away from completion for a few months now.

Do stats / nature of the Banette matter?

They don't need to be 31 (especially the attack stats, because if you've levelled your Banette then you will one shot everything due to just being that overlevelled (except for the Gravelers). I've had issues with my Banette's taking a lot of chip damage from Meowth's Assurance move (super effective, if the whole horde hits you with it it can get a bit scary) although it should be fine if you just have multiple Banette's with you. Although if this chip damage bothers you and you don't want any Bannette's to faint then I guess you can try to get higher IVs in the tanky stats, although I don't believe it's necessary.
