Thank you for the simple, easy to follow and understand tutorial of how to "fasten off." I'm a brand new crocheter and other tutorials seem to assume that we all know how to do this! So, thank you for taking this one step and breaking it down so we can learn how to do it. And, thank you for not being condescending. Just because someone is new to a specific hobby/craft, doesn't mean we are uneducated and senile! Thanks again. :-)

Thank you so much! I like this much better than the fastening off methods where the yarn just gets cut and immediately woven in. I’m not making an amigurumi project right now but a blanket and I want this thing to be washable without falling apart! The back loop slip stitch was a really nice addition and gave the granny square I tried it on a really neat appearance 😊

For fasten off is it only through one loop or is it sometimes through both? Does it depend on the stitch you’re using (so sc through both loops would fasten off using both)?
@WendiGratz3 жыл бұрын
Basically, you're snipping your yarn and pulling your hook off, pulling that snipped tail through your work.
