My few problems I have had have always been "connection/electric" based in past 7 years - my local sparky in my local CIU club gave me some Wago 221 lever lock connectors to swap out and ive never had an issue since

Pump pulses for a few secs every 4 secs ? Digital controller & shurflo pump - read this is normal Not sure worried it's running battery down ? Any advice - thanks Deane

Hiya Darren any ideas why a new controller wont turn on ? I have power going 2 it but no joy on the power button!

@@GotskinsDo you have the battery cables the correct way ? If you have them the wrong way round the controller will not come on due to the reverse polarity protection ?

@dacomponents eventually got it sorted ..the battery was the problem! Faze tester was telling me it had power but turned out not much ! Battery 4years old so should have known🤦‍♂️

Great video Darren. I've just wired up my pump and controller. As soon as I insert the fuse the pump turns on. Bypassing the controller.can you help please mate?
