If you want to start baby or 4 month old baby on semi solids, this is the food to best start with. It is actually ok to start babies on semi solids as from 4 months of age. The key thing is to start small and gradual and try out different recipes. This is one of the recipes for feeding a 4 month old semi solid food for the first time in Nigeria Africa. For your hair, try aloe vera gel and olive oil: 1 finger of aloe vera plant- blend the gel then add 2tb olive oil and mix thoroughly, apply to your scalp,use scalp massaging machine to work it into your scalp generously cover with a shower cap and don't allow air to enter. Leave for @least 1hour, then wash your hair with hair shampoo and use hair conditioner to make your soft. May be anti dandruff shampoo and conditioner, if you have dandruff on your hair, otherwise don't bother yourself since the recipe takes care of dandruff alongside preventing hair loss. How many spoons of milk is required to add in the pap... And what quantity can be given/ how many times in a day?

The food is called pap/akamu. It’s a Nigerian baby food, we make it from corn. You can visit an African store and ask them for that. You need to add atleast baby formula after you’ve prepared it

😂 she is. Kendamil is a very good formula, SMA is equally good but I prefer the taste of Kendamil

I don’t add sugar or honey. Actually it’s not advisable to use honey on children below the age of 1
