How to Feed Sourdough Starter

Great video! How long does it last and does it have to be refrigerated? I always make it fresh.

It needs to be fed once per day if you have it out and you can put it into the fridge but that makes it dormant so you gave to wake it back up before you can bake with it. And to wake it back up bringing it back to room temperature it can take several feedings to have it strong enough to bake with.
