@pm5095 Hi 👋 Feed it fortnightly up until first week in December and then you can feed it weekly up until week of Christmas and/or when you decorate. Hope that helps? Xxx

@안알랴줌-d2e Hi, adding too much alcohol to your dried fruit prior to baking will not make your cake taste of alcohol. Instead, it will have a brandy flavour, as the alcohol evaporates during the baking process. If you want a booziness to your cake, you need to feed the cake. Hope that helps? Xx

I'm sure you could, but what I'd say is, it may be better to bake it 3 months prior to December at most. In order to ensure the cake is at its best. Baking cakes months and months in advance does have challenges. The temperature including humidity in country you're making it, the way its stored etc, could compromise the cake if kept for several months. Hope that helps x
