First check if there are no ants or insects in yur pens, second did yu treat your soil well ? Thirdly did you provide them with calcium cus they need it like life , also what do you feed them with ? Feed them with moringa, cocoyam leafs, okro leafs and dandelion and please don’t space them too much so they can get access to feeds cus they can’t move that much

Depends on the condition of the soil if it’s looks contaminated as in lots of small insects and Margot do come in to the soil just change it or better still every 3-6 month Change it

Yes snails are farm pest anywhere because they feed on leafs most but in some countries we do eat then because they are very nutritious and we get lot of money from its slimes so I will advise you grow some and get its slimes and sell them because they are use in making anti aging creams
