What an insane header....and this lady is going to tell you how to be comfortable with yourself....talking never does it, a pandemic of podcasters all advising everyone on every topic they can drum up from their imaginings...a storm of chatter and opinions.. where often the messenger becomes much more important than the message....silence is the greatest teacher though most run from it...keep truckin...
