Nice to know that even someone as physically conscious as yourself still has "issues" from time to time. To answer your two questions: the part of the video most helpful (to me) was the before and after demonstrations, and as for a suggestion for a future video, once, a long time ago, you mentioned making a video on the importance of shoes, i.e., what to look for in selecting shoes, etc., but I don't think you have yet made such video (unless I missed it?). Wishing you a Happy Thanksgiving holiday now, in case you don't upload again by then. Thank you!

Yes Mary Jo… no one is safe haha. I had a small knee injury and as you know, when that happens, the body will compensate. But hey, that’s life. Gotta put yourself back together!

Can you post a video about tricep tendonitis? Wondering what your thoughts would be on getting through this condition. Thanks!!

Thanks for watching the video. Yes I will keep that in mind for future videos. Triceps tendinitis can be a tough one.

Did your DB row exercise for rib mobility, and things are so tight.. does it loosen overtime? Been breathing accessorie muscles for like 30years so no mobility in ribs for PRI breathing exercises even..

Hi there. It’s hard to say without assessing you, but typically if you feel tighter after an exercise, you might be using too much load, there is a technical flaw, or it’s not the best choice for you at the moment. If you need to establish some baseline rib cage mobility, passive activities like laying over the side of an exercise ball or oblique sitting exercises are usually a good first choice.

I have a problem, i feel my left glute much stronger than the right glute. And my right hip seems to be higher then the left, which makes my right leg shorter. What should I do to feel both glutes working, and most importantly, to reestablish the alignment of my hips. Thank you

Hi Melissa! What you are describing is super common. What you'll do about it will differ depending on your exact presentation!

This may be helpful for someone with medical experience where his little prop is valuable. But for me, I need to see his actual body in that position. Less talk, more action

I’d focus more on the movement than the sensation
