I havent. Indoors is not an issue vs outdoors. With the sun they can overheat but not with grow lights. You may also get some algae growth but thats okay. I dont put holes in them but you should if you worry you might over water. I use Agrothrive indoors, I find it has almost no smell to it once it's diluted in water and soaked up into the seed cells

Call me crazy, but I always mix in some Dr Earth organic granular fertilizer into my seedling mix. Never had a problem, and the seedlings grow like weeds.

It wont hurt for sure. If you are using water soluble that works alone too. All organic granular has some ready to use NPK. But the bulk is broken down by microbes. That is why I say low water soluble, they just dont need much. If it works stick with it for sure.
