I wish someone would talk about migraines and plant base diet. I have chronic daily migraines, through an elimination diet I discovered legumes trigger migraines that last for 3 days. I wish I could find someone who could help me find a vegan diet that excludes my triggers.

Just wish it was accessible to them poor people too all our institutions are about making profit now not helping people even the book is not accessible for struggling people I'm praying for God's intervention to our people 🙏 ❤ to remember we are in the world but not of the world and try to reach everyone with the God given gifts 🙏

We need people like us to reach out to those people. I have lived in a country where some people can't still read, so i think it's more beneficial for us to go and teach them these things.
