a few more notes. Sucho is inferior to most water creatures in terms of swim speed, but he can hold breath foreeeeeever and much longer than Duck for instance. if you really need to get away from a land creature especially you can simply go to the bottom (for like 5 minutes or more) instead of the other side. Furthermore certain fish have specific buffs, the big freshwater Arapaima (looks slightly like an eel) gives increased healing for 2 minutes

Overall, very good video! Most of the points you make are indeed correct! However, and that is just from personal experience, I would say that Suchomimus is fairly bulky, even speed sub type. Not as bulky as say Spinosaurus, of course (maybe defense sub type but I don't tend to play with that), but it can still take a decent amount of hits from pretty much any other mid tier and lower! It's also surprisingly fast and it's stamina doesn't drain nearly as fast as one might think, you shouldn't usually chase as a Suchomimus buut little sprints here and there can definitely put pressure on your oppponent! Talking about pressure, the best way, I find, to fight with Suchomimus is to land a couple of claw attacks to start the bleed and then keep up the pressure with bites. Bite does more raw damage than the claws (especially after this update) and the bleed from claws is nasty, making it pretty efficient at chipping away at opponents. The claws also have a pretty nice range, it seems like you can even drag the claw hitbox to either side if you happen to miss! Another tip, especially for smaller opponents (like Pachy...since we all love fighting it so much...), crouch and claw! And wait for them to come to you! You won't be able to chase down a Pachy or the raptors or really much at all in most situation, so don't even bother...you can follow them (not sprinting) if you got a good claw hit on them to keep the bleed going, but do be mindful of your surroundings. Overall, I'd say Sucho is pretty good playable, it may not have super amazing raw damage, but it definitely has a decent shot winning in any 1v1 matchup (depending on skill, environement, general context etc), it should not be underestimated! Also don't spam claws, it's not getting you anywhere in battle... (not at anyone in particular, I just see so many purely spam claws and...not doing very well at fighting naturall.)

Thank you for your input. (Somehow feel like this is the short version 😂) I definitely agree that a certain amount of experience and skill along with other factors can decide the outcome of a fight. And yes, raptors aside, pachys do be over exaggerating their meat-eating part 😅

@@AudunVokter Thank you for making these videos! They're definitely very informative and I find it commendable that you even do videos on playables you have little to no prior experience with! Maybe some will even surprise you :3 But yes, Pachys are.....well, I think we all know...Sucho is pretty good at fighting them though (unless it's like...5+ without water to retreat into...), one good claw hit is usually enough to shoo them away, if not kill them! I'd assume it's similar for Spino as both deal great bleed though I'm not sure if crouching is better or not since it's angled differently, hmm.. Also just as an anecdote: Don't have a water fight as Sucho in the crater pond unless you're used to it, the unsteady ground will trip you up and sometimes glitch you under or above your opponent which isn't the most ideal for fighting...

I suggest using the Bite Attack more than the Claw Attack, they recently nerfed the amount of damage the claw attack does, and before it did 40 damage while the Bite did 50 damage so now it's more worth it to just bite your opponents. (Correct me if I'm wrong) but it now does 35 damage so. They also buffed the hit detection and radius of Sucho's bite so all the more reason to use the bite more.

@@LeonBorodaty1 i think it’s intentional, all claw attacks deal little to no damage because bleed was buffed, and I’m pretty sure all the herbs with bleed didn’t get nerfed because it’s their main attack

The bite does a lot of damage, but yeah solo unless you’re REALLY good at staying behind the booty it’s hard to compete with an apex. Thankfully you can get away pretty easily

Suchos claw attack was nerfed sooo much tho, it only does like 5 damage and this rlly rlly sucks, u can basically get clapped by everyone. At least give it a charge up attack 😭😭 cuz it only has 1 decent attack that does medium damage and one that does basically 0 damage with some bleed Woooow 😢
