Lol, the reason the quetz stopped was probably cus it wanted to maul you for fun but not sit on your corpse. X'D When you are about the size of an average low midtier, quetz will at best hit the tip of your tail as long you push in to it head first. It has crazy reach yes, but if you are right under it and keep right under it, it cannot head tank you. Just watch the stupid punch, that bonebreaks for some reason...
