Hi Joe, hope you read this. I watched several of your videos. Your experience and advice is awesome. I just installed 900 sf LVP on my second floor, bedrooms, hallways and closets. It turned out awesome. I followed you advice with layout, installation and tools. The adjustable spacers and screwing down small lock in pieces made the job turn out so accurate. I hit my hallway center line within a 1/32 of an inch in 18 ft. Even prepped a few small valleys with leveling. I want to thank you for an amazing channel and sharing your experience. God Bless.

Watch your channel all the time you have really helped me and my friend with flooring especially your tip to screw down a couple sacrificial pieces for the first row. Thank you great tip our first job took forever to get the first row to stop shifting. How do you bid out jobs? We know expenses and roughly how long areas will take however, do you come up with a figure for square footage? How do u make ur rate compete with others? Lots of factors including materials and sub-floor conditions but i was hoping u could share how u come up with ur rates?

I have a situation where I will be laying the flooring in a large rom but there are areas that are connected such as closets and a bathroom. How do I start? Can I establish the line in the main room and work in both directions from there?

Do you always need a separate pad if the laminate already has a pad? I am working with a concrete floor. Also curious if Liquid Nails would work instead of that Flex 180 glue sticks? Thx again. Love your videos. Very helpful
