There are different classes of shares ie. Ordinary, preference etc. Ordinary shares is the most common. Seeing that your company was dormant, ordinary shares would be the best choice.

Hey there 😃 When requested to put in the type of shares you’ll write - ordinary shares. Then you’ll be asked to write how many shares - I’d advise 100 cause then that makes it easier if you have business partners and have to divide the percentage for each partner. Then you’ll be asked to fill out your details as the shareholder/s.

Hi Olweh. Please ensure that at the top you have selected your company name under “Portfolio” and “Taxpayer”. Then on the left hand side clock on “Returns Issued” then your should see your ITR14. If this doesn’t come up; it means you aren’t registered for Income Tax yet.
