before payment of voucher , you will upload your statement, after submission of statement, PESSI create your payment and you would take print of voucher, after depositing of payment, your statement automatically submit...

If you uploaded wrong data , you can cancel but if wrong challan generated by you, i think its hv no solution without coordinate with your conern office and person of PESSI
