Sir in section 7 of "Acceptor of honour" if any third party gave acceptance then that third party can later on recover the amount from the original drawee or not. Please explain sir.

In drawee in case of need you have written endorsement..it's wrong..it's indorsement because "endorsement" is a concept of registration act and "indorsement"is concept of ni act...see section 7 indorsement is written not endorsement
