Also happens on very expensive instruments if you dont keep em humidified. Useful video, thank you! So tired of cutting myself on those sharp ass frets

Very true… I just moved from a very humid area to a dry area and it’s thrown off the action of most of my guitars.. I’m actually going to get a humidifier for my room to help… 🤘🎸

Yeah, If I remember correctly, Fesley is viewed by a lot of budget guys as one of those companies whose body and neck quality is perfect for serious mod work. Btw, another cool video. Thanks.

Indeed, neck is great on both Fesley’s I have… I can’t wait to mod this SuperStrat but I haven’t had time, definitely going to happen soon, gonna drop some rails in this thing and let it rip!

Haha high end Jackson guitars are notorious for sharp fret ends 😂. Not just cheap guitars

Definitely not exclusive to budget guitars, but definitely more common… I also have a few $800-$1000 range guitars that needed fret leveling too. Feels like it shouldn’t be an issue at that price point, but clearly, it can be

Why is this even an issue. Even on a budget guitar that shouldn't be a thing.

It’s a very common issue with guitars under $200… Even Squiers have this problem. They have to get the price down somehow, and when you consider that at the time of this video, this guitar was like $120 shipped, it makes sense.

@FretboardDiaries no it doesn't. They are unplayable. A friend just bought one, that's why I found this video. Unacceptable.

Okay man, than it’s advisable that you spend a bit more money on a better quality instrument, because this is a very common problem on sub-$200 guitars 🤷♂️
