Make your own grilling butter. Just soften it, mix in your garlic, carmalized onion and herbs or whatever and roll it in wax paper to a log. Then sedan wrap

​@@bestof4227 yeah I’m an old softy too…. watching my girlfriend’s dad skin and catfish while it was grunting almost turned me vegetarian …. it changed the way I think of him sadly. It’s a pain in the ass to drag around a 165 qt ice chest full of ice but when I catch fish I throw them on ice immediately. It seems like the humane way to harvest fish.
