I was looking for some advice. For PSW, although I have never crossed 20 hours per week. There were a couple of discrepancies where they recorded fewer hours in a month and adjusted them in the next month. I have got the email chain of me notifying them about this issue. Due to this, in that month, then I crossed 80 hours a month. However across my total time working, that limit hasn't been crossed. Would this be a problem for PSW, like should I get a letter of confirmation from them that this was their mistake?

No it will not effect your PSW don’t worry Now a days many students are doing it But my request don’t do on regular basis once or twice it’s not noticeable

Hlo i want one advice can u please give me Actually my baby was born on 25march 2023 in uk but after one month i take him to India and now he is in india and i came back to uk I want to apply dependent visa for my baby so , can i apply this visa from uk or i have to apply from india because my baby is present in India and now i am on graduate visa

First of all For this visa you are not eligible as you have a chid. It was mentioned on the website that you shouldn’t have child to apply for youth mobility visa. As you are on PSW visa You can apply for dependent visa but before that you need birth certificate from both uk and India and then his passport and then apply for dependent visa

Hi puja, My friend's brp got expired in may and he applied for PSW in july last week. But in may he got extension to work outside for 6 months in uk . He then decided to apply for PSW in july. His biometrics are jn August 9th. Is it possible to get PSW. If so how much time it takes to get. Please reply.
