no, is not a must and you can only submit it when you are given an instruction to do so, remember not everyone is required to submit it.

@@maleetlematsibe9910 when applying there was a question asking if a parent is deceased can you provide details, what have you select, yes and provided details or no?

@VuntshwaMabunda yes, for now you can just track your application status, and monitor your account just in case there is furthur communications from nsfas.
