My Situation is quite different. I work with CRH company(Dufferin) as a Driver. But i'm not even sure if they will be able to disclose their information such as CRA info and other financial info. What do i do in the situation where they dont sign the employer form. Another question is can i give the data on the form without the employer signing like you said, we should just write out the names

Hi Raj, thanks for your video; very detailed and explained. Please, I would like to ask you a few questions. I don't have to complete section C therefore should I keep this Section C in blank with the completed form when I upload the form to the OINP application? The other question is, in section B.2 about the job offer, should the hourly wages be the current one or the one on the original job offer? I am asking because the original job offer was two years ago, and after that, I had the wage raised. Thanks.

Hi, you can use original wage and increased wage both as its mentioned. Also, please feel free to skip section C

Hi Raj, Thank you for your video. Can I ask you a question ,I am working in an MNC (more than 50+branches all over Canada) for a Quebec team however I go to Ontario office as I live in Ontario only. Company is ready to give me the OINP support .May I know the applicability of OINP here? Company is going through this type of request for the first time . hence they don't know how to fill the form.

I just came in work permit from may 2024. And I have 1.2 years experience of machine operator. What if my employer a Government Municipality - outside GTA, I have checked, their revenue for the last year was $663M and this is open data. But I’m not sure if they have business number as they “non-profit” organization , and CRA number… anybody have the same situation?

I have had such a client a while back, government agencies generally uses zero's (0) instead and provides explanation letter which needs to be attached with employer form. I hope it helps :)

Hi, employer form is compulsory, without that you won't be eligible. Full-time permanent is required, there is a question if your position was different than outlined. Please feel free to reach out
