This video was awesome. I followed her instructions and had no issues getting my MMC and 2 year medical certificate. I submitted my application on October 3rd 2023 and had my documents in hand by November 6th 2023.

@@Realisticloner it actually was fairly quick. I applied to the Houston union hall in August. Within a week of submitting the application they called me and had me come down to do the written and math test. Then they scheduled my physical and drug test. I already had a TWIC and passport so all I had to Still get was the MMC and 2 year medical certificate.

Yeah I sent like 5 at a time I just took a picture using my phone put it in pdf form and then sent it to them through email also make sure you label what your sending like the name of the form

Yes/no so there is a issuance fee you have to pay it’s like 140 on pay.gov once they send the receipt to your gmail you screenshot it and turn it into pdf form once you do that you send it in with the rest of your mmc applications through gmail you don’t have to be their physically

I got you with the video but in order to get your med cert you gotta do the coast guard physical and drug test first you can really just look up places that do coast guard physicals near me and just call them schedule a appointment and everything else should be taken care of at the appointment

I had class B misdemeanor DWI convictions from 2004 and 2010. I submitted the 719-C convictions statement form, copies of my original court dispositions/conviction paperwork, and went to my county clerk office and got certified/officials stamped criminal records search which shows that I have completed all probation requirements, paid all fines, and my cases were officially concluded. I submitted all this paperwork with my normal 719B application and had no issue getting my mmc.

@@amorzz100 yes. Basically they just want to see that you took care of it and that you don't owe money and did all the probation stuff, alcohol/drug rehab, etc. If they need any other documents they will email you and tell you what to do. You can also call the IASKNMC number

@@alfjones6377 so all together it’s around 1500 but the schooling is free in order to get your endorsements so that your able to sail but you pay for your twic separately you pay for your drug test and physical separately you pay for your passport mmc and med cert separately

Yup pretty much they have to watch you sign you signature then they stamp it it’s literally only 10 bucks and it take less than 5 mins
