Hi sir, In the school form, it is written registar to sign. In India, nursing school or college doesn’t have registrar instead school/ college has principal. Is it ok to be signed by a principal ( principal is the head of the institution)

Hello. Based on my research in our group (for UKRN’s), No need for the form 3F but you need to login to your NMC account then go to Certificate of Prof of Status then look for NY. Kindly try and update me once okay.

1. How about if no middle name po? 2. And di rin po kasya 1st name ko kasi 18 letters po yun. 3. If 2 schools po ako nag-aral, what school po ilalagay sa name of institution attended and sa dates of attendance? And yung 2F po ba sa last school lang? No need sa 1st school attended?

1. You can leave it Blank 2. Type mo lang hanggang saan kakasya name mo. Ang importante is tama spelling ng mga first 15 3. Last school nalang. Same with attendance. Isasama naman ung TOR mo sa ibang school mo. Or better ask your school din
