@@jane4300 Hi Ms. Jane, nakapagprocess na ako ng NCLEX ko after I renewed my PRC lic with my husband's last name na. Last Feb, nag apply ako change status sa PRC it took them a month to change my last name tapos nung na approved nung March, nag set agad ako appointment para mag renew ng ID na apilyedo na ni hubby there after nagsubmit na ako requirements for NCLEX. Mas mabuti po na parepareho ang apilyedo ng PRC ID at Passport nyo

Hi Ms Gail, Ask ko lang po paano po kaya mag-fillout ng form 1, form2F and 3F with my situation. Una po kong nag college sa FEU June 2007, tapos 2nd see of 2nd year lumipat ako Arellano University due to financial problems. Tapos after 1 see lang napilitan na kong mag-quit at maghanap ng work kasi kailangan magpachemo yung mom ko at mag-college natin ang kapatid ko the following year. Nakabalik lang ako sa school noon 2018 tapos nasa-graduate sa awa ng Diyos noon May 2021. Lahat po ba lalagay ko sa nursing schools, feu, au tapos au ulit. thank you.
