How to Fill Out Schedule 1 Form 1040 Part 1

So, I report my two incomes from businesses on line 3.... but I include operating losses on 8a? on line 3, do I add my income after the results of my schedule C? or just my raw income? on 8a, am I including electricity and WIFI? if my business is using these to operate? If you're door dashing as well sometimes do you include this together with my other two businesses in a lump sum?

All of you guys just give a definition of what each line is but no one ever shows how to actually PUT INT HE NUMBERS..
