If a person looks at form 4868 there are NINE lines to fill out. The difficult part is line 4 which is the estimate of total tax liability of 2023.

Whats the difference between the irs one and the turbo tax one?? If I fill out the form today, will it be counted for an extension Instantly or? Please help :(

So we are to estimate how much we think we owe. What if we pay too much? and conversely, what if we underestimate and pay too little?
