But after that, I did everything, filling out my webform, my medical. In short everything, except biometric appointment. Well I know I am too late but you should write your city name in "signed at" ... and I don't know about date... if you are doing it by your self then ask someone who is already in the another country and if u r doing it with ur agent then ask them....

Hey in the signing place, you only mention the city where you are currently , for the address, in the consent form enter the address as in ur passport and in the sms form, you can enter ur pick up address ( can be different than ur passport address)

Hey in that case, there is a chance that VFS might email you about it and might also send the parcel back without processing it and you'll have to courier them again.. when/ if you get an email for it, try n request VFS first that if you could submit the form in person instead of them sending the parcel back!!

@@leviackermann990 Hey so you do need to fill it again as they didn't check it during biometrics.. its just a consent you're giving to VFS that you're giving ur biometrics and ur accepting they'll handle your file with IRCC ... that's all You can just fill out Yes for biometrics on the last page and sign it and right the present date .. thats all

Thank you for sharing th video. it is very helpful. I wanted to know what address to fill in consent form for somebody whose passport address differs from his current address. Please let us know what to fill in? I had asked somebody and they said even in consent and courier form it should be current address but its confusing as some people are using passport address for the consent form. Please advise. Moreover our agent Abhinav immigration services (IRCC approved ) helped us during the process of our application submission but vfs part we are handling so what should we fill in the indirect submission page?

Hey then In that case fill out the address of Blue Dart Office mentioned in the courier form!! And stay in touch with blue dart once ur passport is stamped !!

Hi, I think in that case you will need to contact the blue dart service centre nearest to your place once your payment is done and can tell them about your situation that you would be submitting and collecting your passport from their office Also, you will then fill out their address in the 3rd question of sms/courier form. You can even call VFS Global at 022-68539025 (this is the passport queries number) and call them early regarding the same and they'll give you a solution as well.

Hey Buddy, for the consent form related to my kids 3 yrs old and 1 yr old , w.r.t the last section of Biometrics providing, Biometrics are not applicable for Kids, so should we just select the 2nd. Option of Applicants not wishing to provide Biometrics ?
