I like how you clean them. I'm a finnicky fish eater so I always trim mine up like that too.

Thats exactly how i clean my fish with the exception that i put in ice cold water and wash it several times until the water is clear getting most of the blood out and several people say mine is the best theyve ever eaten, good eat meat starts at the cleaning table in my opinion, great video and great content keep up the good work man

I rinse mine in cold water after. A lot of times it goes into a rinse bucket or ice water right then too. Good point
