Huge Catfish On Jug Lines{Catch Clean Cook} Part 2 Cleaning & Frying Fish for Whitco Supply

In this video I show you guys one of the fastest and easiest way to clean big Catfish.I then show how I make my Cajun Shrimp & Rice to go with the delicious fried Catfish.We celebrated the retirement of Allen and Garry from Whitco Supply.

I got to meet great people while I visited Louisiana. Oh, I served with courageous brave men from Louisiana while serving in the Marine Corps. I hope to someday visit again. I just saw your comment and wanted to respond because I like it. I am a native Louisian born and raised in Baton rouge. I'm glad you came for a visit in light meeting people here and enjoy our food. People actually come here from all over the world to eat Cajun and creole food. It is a unique culture that we have here. I am familiar with the place that you're company or tribe bought fire trucks because it is on interstate 12 and I have passed by it many times. I spent 10 and 1/2 years in your home state of arizona, and I have a house in El mirage close to Luke Air Force base. I have been a funeral director for 23 years, so I was curious about your tribal affiliation. When listing price on a death certificate in Arizona the options include black, white, asian, native american, there's maybe a few others. The thing that is very interesting about the native American is you have to list the tribal affiliation. If the parents are from different tribes it gets interesting. If the father is 100% Navajo and the mother is 100% hopey, you have to list on the death certificate Navajo 50%, hoping 50%, so I was just curious what your tribal background was. Once again, I'm glad you enjoyed your visit to louisiana.

I clean them about the same. I use two cutting boards, one for cutting meat off the skin and the other for trimming out the red. Them blue cat can be slimy. Mighty fine eating fish. Thanks for the sharing

That's how it's done. I fillet mine the same way, get rid of all the trash off the fish, leaving nothing but white meat. Gotta try that shrimp and rice. YUMMY.
