I never thought about creating my own transitions! Love this idea!
@TiminTendeАй бұрын
My personal favourite was the creative transition. So simple, but it looks fantastic ! It's so quick that it gives an impression of fast-forwarding through the video - very clever!

@ShawnXu29 күн бұрын
1. Celebrate your location: show and let others know where you are 2. Camera movement: move camera for static objects, track moving objects 3. Short clips: 5 - 10 seconds enough for video editing 4. Creative transitions: make scenes transition natural 5. People: including people in the frame makes video more lively Very helpful 🎉

I’m a retired cameraman. What fun it would have been to have all these tools. I have a mirrorless camera but probably shoot most of my international/domestic travel videos on my iPhone. Steve, you do a bang up job in your presentations, very creative. It is like my golf game, I don’t play anymore but I enjoy watching well done, informative videos. 😅

There must be heaps of videos on KZbin about how to shoot travel videos, but this one is by far the best and easiest one to follow. Clearly described, thoughtfully explained, and keeping everything short and simple-perfect!

All people need to further improve the footage is to clip on an ND filter to shoot at correct shutter speeds in 24fps and 60/120fps by doubling shutter speed of the frame rate. Always been one of my favourite channels, been watching for years
@MaximianoLlanetaАй бұрын
That past-paced is soo entertaining. This is the trend nowadays- keep the eye entertained (story-telling is a must) the swconds of changing the views is soooo satisfying
@johnrsherwoodАй бұрын
I agree but no fast cutting and letting scenes play out for context is a must. I try to find a balance...

Hi Steve Thank you very much for your wonderful videos. I really learned a lot by watching you film in London. I now shoot almost everything on my iPhone, which I love. I am a volunteer at Auto Museum and I’ve been photographing or videotaping the Docents😮 explaining the details about the different cars And near Auto Museum. I can’t wait to see your next tutorial where you do the editing of all of the video that you shot in London. Pat Hogarty from El Dorado Hills California.

@LearnOnlineVideoАй бұрын
Thanks, this was a super minimal shoot this one. I just wanted to shoot using nothing but my phone and built in camera app to show what's possible (sometimes I'll use an ND with Pro camera app though). London was a great location for this shoot but I'm back to Dartmoor now :-)
