01:04 🎥 They shoot real estate videos with attention to detail and quick turnaround times. 01:23 📸 Shooting in RAW allows for precise white balance adjustments in post-production. 02:30 🏠 They use a wide-angle lens (12mm) to showcase spaciousness in real estate videos. 03:18 📏 Maintaining balanced roof-to-floor ratios in shots ensures visual harmony. 03:58 🚪 They capture every room from multiple angles, focusing more on detail for bedrooms. 04:14 🎞️ Adjusting shutter speed or angle can mitigate flickering caused by lighting frequencies. 04:48 💡 Using backlighting enhances cinematic quality in real estate videography. 05:19 🕺 They emphasize the importance of smooth camera movements for professional results. 06:15 🎭 They creatively use foreground elements to add depth and perspective in shots. 07:47 🖥️ Editing involves organizing footage, cutting clips efficiently, and choosing music early on. 09:03 🎵 Choosing the right music track early in the process streamlines the editing workflow. 10:22 🎞️ Incorporating speed ramps in editing can enhance transitions between video clips. 13:44 🎨 They utilize color grading and stabilization techniques to enhance video quality. 15:55 💼 Quick turnaround times for real estate videos are highly valued in the industry.

Hi there, cool job, 👍 How do you avoid to get blown out windows? There were many windows ... and all were exposed correctly. 2nd questions: when you push in and make a little curve - the gimbal stays in the same position right before your body and follows your move - or do you turn the gimbal actively with your armwrists as well? Tia, Andy

Great video bud, learned more than any of the other how to’s! Got yourself a new subscriber. Would love to see a full break down on editing as I just started video (been doing photo for years), but have been outsourcing the work which I’m not too happy with. Hope to learn more from your channel and take on the editing myself!

Nice vid bro, Im looking to get this set up as well. I have the A7siii but a few friends of mine use the BM 6k and I love the final results plus I can get the BM and a nice lens for the price of my set up lol. Question, Since you can change white balance after the fact do you shoot on auto WB or change from room to room and if you need to you do it in post?
@zackingproductions
@zackingproductions 3 жыл бұрын
Nice bro! Sometimes I use my A7siii for these jobs but I prefer the BMPCC for a better image. I normally just leave my WB at 5600k the whole shoot :)
