This fruit eating thing doesn't work everywhere. Maybe in other parts of the world is possible, but in most of Europe the fruits are very low quality. The mangoes are almost never ripe, plums are like some sort of plastic, watermelons are horrible (once you tasted a real watermelon you won't want to touch these that we get in the stores), grapes are sour a lot of times... well, basically all fruits and veggies are not the best. And they are very expensive. They aren't locally grown (with some on season exceptions) and many times they don't ripe if you keep them, but they start to dry, or spoil. I still eat lots of fruits, but they're not satisfying, they're tasteless, Bananas are a hit and miss. Only sometimes they are good tasting even when they ripe. I love fruits, but what's in supermarkets is horrible.

Thank you sir, well said. I sometimes like to have fruit 2 mangoes or citrus before a salad with half an avocado and maybe a handful of nuts afterwards as a snack 2 - 3 times week.

Yes, Dr. Graham does drink a fair amount of citrus juice. When we're at the Costa Rica retreat, we have citrus juice every other night or so before our salad.

OK, in the interview I recently saw he said he started his day with citrus juice. I forget exactly how much he mentioned, but it was a fairly large amount.
