How do people maximize their 10 conventional loans if a DTI ratio under 0.40 is required by most lenders?

Lenders will take in account the cash flow from the properties. The ones I have worked with will apply 75% of the rent or income to the debt.

What if you have spent your money on paying off your personal home and don’t have much cash to put down ? Can you use the equity in your paid off home to get the down payment ? We have great credit and three good businesses.

Unless you’re looking to take out a loan against the free and clear home then no can’t be used as down
