I have less than 300 bucks walked a property with an agent 12 bedrooms 3 kitchens 6 bathrooms. Ill find out if they will seller finance. Housing is need in my area and new apartment complexes have been built and building and land is developing for more homes.

Michael probably you can't or you won't gonna mention how do you find the relatives of the homeowner? In the other hand please, from 1 to 10 with your tools how do you see the opportunities / market in Utah "Salt Lake", "Davis", "Weber" & "Utah" Counties, over saturated like Phenix AR. ? I'll appreciate your comment.....

The relative contact info is included with our data. There are hundreds if not thousands of these opportunities in each large MSA around the country. Most companies would find an extra deal or two a month to be life changing. Our community and data gives you the edge you need.
